How Outreach works (the Overview page)
What the Outreach Overview shows: your setup at a glance, the last 30 days of email and LinkedIn results, what needs you, and every campaign running now.
Outreach is where you reach people by email, on LinkedIn, or both. Overview is its home page: one place for email and LinkedIn together, so you don't have to check each channel separately.
The Outreach menu
The sidebar has one Outreach section:

Setup
The Setup row at the top shows what has to be true for campaigns to send. Each item links to where you fix it.
- Google account connected: email campaigns send from your own Google account. See Connect your Google account.
- LinkedIn connected (extension): shown if you use LinkedIn. LinkedIn steps run from your own LinkedIn account through the Distro Chrome extension.
- Responsible use agreed: you confirm the responsible-use rules once before your first send.
- Chrome open for LinkedIn steps: the Distro extension checks in every few minutes while Chrome is open. If it hasn't checked in recently you'll see Chrome not checking in. Nothing is lost; LinkedIn steps continue when it checks in again.
While you're getting started, a Get set up checklist also walks you through connecting your Google account, adding contacts, writing a template, and creating and launching a campaign. It disappears once every step is done.
The last 30 days

| Emails sent | Emails accepted by Google in the last 30 days. Accepted is not the same as delivered to the inbox. |
| Replies | Email replies, plus LinkedIn replies if you use LinkedIn. |
| LinkedIn requests | Connection requests sent, and how many were accepted. Practice runs never count. |
| People in campaigns | People in the campaigns running now. |
Without LinkedIn you see Opened instead of LinkedIn requests.
Needs you
- Replies to answer: people waiting for your reply in the Inbox.
- Manual tasks: steps you do yourself, such as a call.
- Copilot leads to review: people Copilot found on LinkedIn, waiting for a yes or no (People → Copilot leads).
- LinkedIn steps are waiting: something LinkedIn is running but Chrome isn't checking in. Open Chrome with the Distro extension on.
- "Campaign name" is paused: nothing goes out until you resume it.
Running now
Every campaign that is sending, or paused part way, of every type, with its numbers: people, emails sent, LinkedIn requests and accepted, replies. Click one to open it. When nothing is running you see your latest campaigns instead. All campaigns opens the full list.
