?Do I approve everything, or does it run on its own?
Approval is the default: Distro drafts and you review. On Scale you can turn on automatic replies for cold email and Autopilot for Copilot when you trust them, and they act within your daily limits and safety rules. You can switch anytime.
?Does cold email send from my own account?
Yes. You connect your Google Workspace or Gmail account and Distro sends through it, at a human pace, with one-click unsubscribe on every email. Growth includes 5 sender mailboxes and Scale includes unlimited (fair use).
