Programme terms

1. One programme payment
Selling Founders is a one-time payment for the programme (Growth $197 or Scale $297, in US dollars). It is not a recurring Distro subscription and you will not be charged again for it.
2. Sponsored Distro access
Your package includes sponsored access to an existing Distro plan: Growth for the Growth package, Scale for the Scale package. It is sponsored access, not a paid Distro subscription in your name.
3. Access depends on an active, compliant membership
Sponsored Distro access continues only while your Selling Founders membership is active and you follow the programme rules. It is not unconditional or lifetime access.
4. Plan limits still apply
The normal limits of the Distro plan you receive apply in full, the same as for any other member of that plan: one business project on Growth, unlimited business projects on Scale, under the same fair-use rules.
5. This is an execution programme
You join to run a 30-day selling mission: set up your offer and targeting, reach approved qualified prospects, follow up and report. The programme provides software, structure, playbooks and accountability. It is not passive training.
6. Mission, reporting and evidence
Your mission plan is reviewed before it starts. The default target is 2,000 unique qualified prospects; a smaller target may be requested and must be approved. You submit weekly reports and evidence. Repeated messages and follow-ups to the same person are touches, not extra prospects, and content activity does not count toward the target.
7. Fair use and acceptable outreach
Distro's fair-use and responsible-use rules apply, including sending limits, honouring unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests, and the rules of each platform you use. Spam, deception, purchased lists used without a lawful basis, and harassment are not allowed.
8. Pause, suspension and cancellation
If your membership is paused or suspended, sponsored Distro access stops until it is reactivated. A membership may be suspended or cancelled for failing the mission rules after the published warning and grace steps, or for confirmed abuse. You can appeal a decision under the published appeal rules.
9. Programme payments are non-refundable
Your programme payment is non-refundable, including when your mission folds. This does not limit any refund right that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
10. If your mission folds
If your mission fails the programme rules after the published warning, grace and appeal steps, it folds: your membership and sponsored access end and the payment is not refunded. You may join again later by starting a new mission and paying the programme price again.
11. Refunds and chargebacks
If a programme payment is nevertheless refunded in full or reversed by a chargeback, your membership is cancelled and sponsored access ends. While a payment dispute is open, sponsored access is suspended. Your mission history and records are kept.
12. Your own subscription and trial are never cancelled
A Distro subscription you pay for yourself, and a valid Distro trial, are separate. Pausing, suspending, cancelling or refunding your Selling Founders membership never cancels, downgrades or changes them. When sponsored access ends you keep whichever of them is valid.
13. No guaranteed results
The programme and Distro help you do the work. Customers, sales, revenue, meetings, funding, reply rates or any other commercial outcome are not guaranteed. The No-Silent-Launch Review is a review of your setup, not a results or refund guarantee.
14. Your reports and evidence
Reports and evidence you upload are stored privately and are visible only to you and the programme team that reviews them. They are used to verify your progress and are never published. The leaderboard shows only the display name you approve and programme scores.
15. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer or business laws that apply to you and that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
